He brings more than 19 years of P&L experience across multiple industry sectors, with a focus on building a business, sales & operations and diversified teams in India, APAC, North America and South Africa. He specializes in deep dive HR Consulting, CEO Coaching and search and leadership assessments with new age firms, start-ups and Indian Promoters. Working closely with Series A to Series D funded companies, VC’s and their leadership teams.
Vijay Vinjimoor, Founding Partner
He brings over 13+ years experience managing Integrated Marketing Communications and storytelling for start-ups to billion-dollar technology, consumer and services brands. From working in super-computing research labs to coaching teams on high performance, storytelling has been at the crux of everything he has done.
