About this position
As a sales evangelist, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of HRBx. You will be responsible for prospecting, bringing in new customers, and closing the sales cycle. Your efforts will contribute directly to the expansion of our client base and the achievement of our business objectives. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires excellent sales skills, business communication, and forging and leveraging industry relationships.
We are looking at someone who has experience at growing new business, owning the end-to-send sales cycle from lead generation to close.ย
What you will be doing
- Identify clients - by industry and location
- Initiate contact, solicit and maintain network of prospects to sell HRBx services
- Engaging prospective clients online and via telephone
- Sales objectives are measured in terms ofย meetings booked and clients signed. Success is measured as consistently meeting these sales objectives
- The role requires you to conduct discovery meetings, and establish a volume of activity with Director, Vice President and C-Level executives
- Actively seek speaking / participation opportunities at events to promote the brand
- Reporting to the founder
What you need for this position
- 2 years + new business development experience in a B2B environment
- 100 % sales DNA and team player with 'hunter' mentality
- Must-Have: Outbound B2B sales experience

Social Media / Account Manager
About this position
The social media and account executive's major mission is to attract new customers while turning them into avid advocates of HRBx. You'll clinch new business sales by showing how HRBx will transform the way they attract talent forever. You'll be in charge of creating social media and digital strategy, posts, collaborating with prospects to understand their business goals, issues, and pain areas, presenting ROI metrics, and sharing industry knowledge and best practices. You'll also gain deep customer insights and competitive knowledge to ensure that HRBx delivers extraordinary, innovative solutions and delights customers every step of the way. You'll be a critical part of HRBx's success by working with the leadership team to develop repeatable processes and best practices to keep our customers coming back.
What you will be doing
- Manage prospects from lead to close and provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Create a comprehensive social media strategy and posts for each customer.
- Manage several clients simultaneously, representing the organization well, maintaining relationships, and adding value for our customers.

As our graphic designer, you will help bring our client's talent brand story to life. Your visuals will weave fuel a narrative that is attractive to the very best talent for our clients. You'll be a critical part of HRBx's success by working with the leadership and talent branding teams to develop repeatable processes and best practices to keep our customers coming back.
What you will be doing
โ Design and submit examples of graphic arrangement, size, type size, and style to clients to create a cohesive brand tone.
โ Be proficient in tools such as Photoshop, Coral Draw, Canva, etc. to create a wide range of images and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.
โ Liaise with external agencies, art services, web designers, marketing, printers, and teammates as required.
โ Discuss layout and design recommendations with clients in line with digital marketing strategy.
โ Work closely with the team to discuss ideas, receive input, and re-evaluate digital strategies.
