We take complete ownership of building your Talent Branding blueprint, overall approach, project planning and execution model of the engagement for the next 3-6 months. This shall involve due diligence audit of current processes and chalking out the next few months plan.
OPERATE
Once we have the blueprint ready and buy-in of your stakeholders, we shall run the daily show for the next few months. This includes engaging 1-1 with your leadership team, FGDs with your employees, connect with your external vendor partners and alumni.
TRAIN
Once we have operationalized the process, streamlined daily outcomes, course corrected as per feedback and signals from internal and external environment, we shall begin the process of grooming and training your internal team and champions.
TRANSITION
The last month of the engagement, we shall begin the process of transition and transfer of assets, our knowledge and experience. From being the “first officers” the team and your inhouse champions start being the captains of your Rocketship.

It depends on the type of engagement. You can choose from one of the three engagement models: Self Up, Start Up and Scale Up.
What is the time commitment that you need from the team- HR / Founders / Marketing?
In Scale Up model, about 4 hours a week with 1 hour of review and catch up conversations every 15 days.
